Vale Mining New Graduates Program 2021
There are two programs for hiring Vale trainees: the Global Trainee Program and the Engineering and Geology Specialist Trainee Program.
Vale's objective is to attract recent graduates who wish to occupy leadership positions and are aligned with the mining company's cultural transformation process, which focuses on diversity.
Candidates for the global trainee vacancies can be trained in any higher education course and must have completed graduation between July 2018 and December 2020. For both programs, cases of delay in graduation due to the covid-19 pandemic will be studied.
There are around 30 vacancies for global trainees and more than 100 vacancies for specialist trainees distributed in several cities in the country where Vale operates. The entire selection process will be online and trainees will start working in May 2021

Remembering! Candidates for vacancies do not need to have previous experience and may have graduated from any higher education institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. There is also no age restriction. Applications must be made by September 30 directly on the company's website
