Thus, qualified professionals now have the chance to earn competitive salaries and attractive benefits in strategic regions such as Macaé.

Macaé: the center of opportunities

Of course, Macaé is the main city for those who want to enter the offshore sector. After all, the region is known as the “National Oil Capital”. As such, it has hundreds of vacancies, including positions such as maintenance technician, production engineer and platform operator, which offer great growth prospects.

Oceânica Engenharia: highlighted in hiring

Furthermore, Oceânica Engenharia has established itself as a reference in hiring professionals. With over 45 years of experience, the company has vacancies for logistics analysts, warehouse assistants and other strategic positions, highlighting its fundamental role in the market.

Selection process and necessary qualifications

In addition to being highly competitive, the selection process includes rigorous stages such as curriculum screening, interviews and medical exams. Therefore, it is essential to have certifications such as CBSP (Basic Platform Safety Course) and T-HUET (Submerged Helicopter Training), which significantly increase the chances of approval.

Other companies are also hiring

In addition, companies such as Ocyan have opened more than 800 vacancies for positions such as welder, industrial painter and scaffold assembler. Therefore, those seeking opportunities in the offshore sector will find several options, both in Macaé and in other cities such as Rio de Janeiro and Campos dos Goytacazes.

How to secure an offshore job?

Therefore, to increase your chances, keep your resume updated and invest in qualifications. Also, follow job platforms such as beoceanica.gupy.io, which frequently publish the latest opportunities in the oil and gas sector.

Don't let this opportunity pass you by

Finally, with so many open positions and salaries that can reach R$15, this is the ideal time to enter the offshore market. These companies have to give opportunities to those who don't have experience, people spend money they don't have the right to to qualify and don't have opportunities.

The opinion expressed in your comment is unfair and does not reflect the reality of the offshore market. It is important to remember that companies such as Oceânica Engenharia and Ocyan invest in training and development of professionals so that they can qualify and have access to these opportunities. In addition, it is essential to emphasize that these companies seek highly qualified professionals to ensure safety and efficiency in their operations.

I have already paid for several courses for my son, we have already sent several CVs to several companies and still nothing.
Opportunities can appear for those who don't yet have a chance, that is, the necessary experience!!!!
