08 VACANCIES EQUIPMENT OPERATOR – Niterói, Ilha da Conceição

Wage: BRL 3.498,00 - VT / PS / Dental / Life Insurance / Company cafeteria

Prerequisites: Education: Technician in Industrial Mechanics, Mechatronics, Naval Construction or equivalent regular course;

Prior experience:

  • Required: at least 01 years in assembly of mechanical components (NO NEED TO BE SPECIFIC);
  • Industry experience, preferably in Oil and Gas
  • Desirable: Experience in industrial environments with a 5S culture, elimination of waste, zero defects and zero accidents.
  • Desirable: NR 11 – Lifting and Cargo handling, Gantry operation, Basic Welding Operation, operation of cutting and rotating equipment;
  • Required: Reading and interpretation of drawings and technical documents;
  • Required: Knowledge in metrology: reading instruments.
  • Availability to work 6×1 – Sunday off (may work Sunday according to demand)

Activities: Carry out the preparation and assembly of connectors in flexible lines, positioning their ends, using appropriate resins and adapting them in coils, to allow the interconnection of equipment or components, as well as operating the equipment for moving flexible lines, identifying and marking them in accordance with the company's documentation and procedures;

Assist in the assembly of connectors using fixtures, templates and other elements, in order to make said assemblies feasible, minimizing the problems encountered and recommending improvements;

Provide proof of knowledge and the historical record of field events relevant to the project; Technically assist in the collection of data regarding the services in the area;

Assist in the assembly of flexible line connectors, in accordance with the company's instructions and procedures, at the Base, at other Bases or on board, as requested by the customer; Provide technical experience for projects and customers regarding the handling of flexible lines;

Evaluate information and complete manual or computer reports, with the aim of validating compliance or deviations from existing standards in accordance with company procedures; Analyze techniques for installing required accessories and recommend improvements;

As a routine, perform a soldering operation and take critical measurements, using high-precision equipment, in addition to preparing the epoxy for anchoring the connector in the line; Evaluate information and assist in the preparation of reports, with the aim of validating compliance or deviations from existing standards;

Perform any other activities, tasks, or assignments defined by immediate supervision; Minimize the problems found in the area and recommend solutions;

Perform cleaning, inspection and organization of equipment and work area;

Offer suggestions and participate in groups for the analysis and implementation of actions to improve and eliminate waste in production activities.

Work in accordance with the company's policies and procedures relating to Health, Safety and the Environment, ensuring that they are practiced by employees, suppliers and third parties, reporting any non-compliance, accident, incident or potential risk situations and interrupting any unsafe situations or harmful to the environment, health and safety, based on attitude, training, leadership and commitment.
