Two new companies created by Elon Musk in October have left the market without answers. No one knows for sure what they do. See how these new initiatives are causing speculation and arousing curiosity around the world!
In recent years, the name of Elon Musk has been making headlines not only in tech-related news, but also in topics involving politics and controversial ideologies. Recently, two new companies linked to Musk were quietly registered in Texas, according to sources from the Forbes.
These entities, called “United States of America Inc.” and "Group America LLC.“, raise speculation about the future involvement of billionaire in the political scene of the United States.
Elon Musk's New Companies
The two companies were constituted earlier this month, using an address shared with Elon Musk's family office, something common in the billionaire's other ventures, such as Musk Ventures.

Although there is no clear information about the purpose of these new companies, it is believed that the “United States of America Inc.” operates as a holding company and has Elon Musk as its sole director. It is also identified as a managing member of the “Group AmericabrazzaLLC.“, another entity that, although it does not directly mention Musk’s name, is connected to him through the same address.
This pattern of operating through LLCs or shell companies is not new for Musk, who has used such entities to maintain discretion in other projects, such as his tunneling company, The Boring Company.
In that case, the purchase of large tracts of land in Texas was made through an LLC called “Gapped Bass,” a move that made it difficult to immediately identify Musk’s involvement.
Involvement in American politics
In recent months, Musk has publicly supported former President Donald Trump, contributing financially to the Republican's reelection campaign. He has attended rallies, such as the one held in Pennsylvania, a crucial state in the election, where he has been enthusiastic and active in his support of Trump. In addition, Musk has reportedly donated at least $75 million to America PAC, a pro-Trump political action committee created in May.
However, Elon Musk's donations to Republican and conservative causes are nothing new. According to the Wall Street Journal, he has previously funneled millions of dollars to conservative ad campaigns through an LLC, funding groups that are not required by law to disclose their donors. In 2022, more than $50 million of Musk’s money was reportedly given to the group Citizens for Sanity, which has been responsible for ads against transgender rights, crime and immigration, and has direct ties to former Trump speechwriter Stephen Miller.
The enigma of new companies
Although there are no records of Musk's new companies, which would prevent verification of possible financial movements linked to political campaigns, it is speculated that the creation of these entities may be related to Musk's desire to continue influencing American politics behind the scenes.
One of the most curious points is the name chosen for one of the companies, “United States of America Inc.“This name is also used in a conspiracy theory defended by right-wing groups and the so-called “sovereign citizens” – individuals who believe they are outside the jurisdiction of the United States government.
These groups wrongly claim that the country was secretly reorganized as a for-profit corporation, a belief that stems from a misinterpretation of an 1871 law that established the District of Columbia.
Ryan Bundy, son of Cliven Bundy – who was involved in a confrontation with federal authorities in 2014, an event that became a symbol of this sovereigntist movement – mentioned the term “United States of America Inc.” in a lawsuit filed against the U.S. government.
More recently, this theory has been recycled by followers of the QAnon conspiracy, who have claimed that Joe Biden's inauguration as US president was illegitimate.
Despite the coincidental name, there is no evidence that Musk has any connection to this conspiracy theory. However, it is interesting to note that the name has been mentioned to him several times on social media, particularly by users who promote this ideology.
Elon Musk's Political Future
While Musk has yet to directly address these theories, his growing influence on the US political scene, both publicly and behind the scenes, is undeniable. Trump recently mentioned that Musk had suggested creating a commission to audit and root out fraud in the government, prompting the billionaire to publicly support the idea.
Additionally, Elon Musk has attracted donations from other Silicon Valley heavyweights, such as investor Marc Andreessen and Palantir co-founder Joe Lonsdale, for his “America PAC“The billionaire’s influence, both financial and ideological, appears to be on the rise, and his actions indicate that he plans to take an even more active role in the upcoming presidential election.
