Navy opens competition for 90 vacancies for the Auxiliary Corps of Squares. The edict offers opportunities in various positions for mid-level/technical candidates.
According to the document, published this Wednesday, May 22, 90 vacancies are offered, for both sexes, in various specialties. Candidates must be between 18 and 24 years old on January 1, 2020 and have a technical level in the areas offered.
Positions and Remuneration
During the training course, the candidate will receive a grant in the amount of R$ 1.044. Upon completion of the course, the candidate will be entitled to salaries in the amount of R$ 2.

Steps and Tests
Candidates will be evaluated through objective tests of professional knowledge, in addition to writing, verification of biographical data, health inspection, physical fitness test, verification of documents, psychological evaluation and hetero-identification procedure complementary to the self-declaration and adaptation period.
The objective tests will be applied in the second half of October on a date to be defined. The test will consist of 50 questions subdivided into disciplines of specific knowledge.
The candidate approved in the stages will take the Officer Training Course, starting on May 25, 2020, at the Almirante Alexandrino Instruction Center, in Rio de Janeiro, for the exercise of functions in the Active Service of the Navy (SAM).
The candidate will be enrolled in the Training Course as a special soldier, in the hierarchical grade of cabin boy, and upon approval in the course, which will last up to 17 weeks, he will be appointed CAP corporal.
