Hyundai is introducing the new Brazilian SUV perfect to become leader. The new seven-seater Creta is the model that Brazilians want most. 7-seater SUVs have always been synonymous with luxury and comfort, but they were too expensive here, as in the past the main options were models derived from pickup trucks, but for some time now, automakers have invested heavily in the segment.
Automakers like Caoa Chery, Jeep, Chevrolet, among others, began to offer more affordable options and, to give you an idea, nowadays there is even a new Chevrolet Spin Renovated with an SUV feel. In order not to lose space for these cars that tend to grow more and more here, Hyundai has a very interesting option, the new seven-seater Brazilian Creta SUV, which is known as Creta Grand elongated version.

It is 4,50 m long, 2,76 m wheelbase, 1,79 m wide, 1,69 m high, weighing 1478 kg and holding up to 650 L of luggage in the trunk with the third row of seats hit. The look is bold as in the conventional Creta, but in the Grand the rear is less bold. At the front, we have a grille with a chrome finish, a gray appliqué at the base of the bumper and a full LED optical assembly divided into millions of parts.

On the sides, the new SUV has a large, elongated wheelbase and an aluminum roof rack, chrome door handles and 18-inch wheels with a very sporty diamond finish. At the rear, the new Brazilian SUV rival Chevrolet spin It comes with a gray appliqué on the bumper, dual exhaust outlets, integrated spoiler and LED lights connected by a chrome strip.
New Hyundai SUV – Creta GRAND can do up to 14,1 km/L
In Asia, the new Creta Grand always comes with two engine options. One of them is the good 1.4 turbo with direct fuel injection for gasoline only. There are up to 140 horsepower and 25 kgfm of torque associated with an automated seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.
The model's performance is very good and the consumption averages are excellent, going from 0 to 100 km in just 8,9 seconds and delivering 10,7 km/l in the City and 14,1 km/l on the Highway.
Here in Latin America, which includes the Brazilian model, the new Chevrolet Spin rival SUV will only come with the 2.0 aspirated block, which in Brazil is Flex and which is already sold with the top-of-the-range version of the regular Creta. There are up to 167 horsepower and 20,7 kgfm of torque associated with a six-speed automatic transmission and, even though it is larger, it is front-wheel drive.
The performance of the new Brazilian SUV is good and the consumption averages are also almost on par with those of the normal Creta ultimate 2.0. The model goes from 0 to 100 in 9,7 seconds and delivers an average of 10,5 km/l in the city and 12 km/l on the highway.

Inside, the model follows exactly everything we already have in the five-seater Creta. Therefore, there is hard plastic, covering the entire panel and large areas on the doors, but in terms of plastic, Hyundai is superior to other manufacturers.
Another point that stands out about the model is the good interior space, which accommodates five adults and two more children in the third row of extra seats that the new Brazilian SUV rival from Chevrolet Spin offers.
