A new Anvisa public tender is about to be announced with an offer of 50 vacancies for high school and higher education candidates.
The new competition National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) is already authorized and will have an offer of 50 vacancies. The public tender was announced this Tuesday (July 18), by Esther Dweck, Minister of Management and Innovation of Public Services, within a package of 2.480 vacancies, in various bodies of the federal government.

The positions that will be contemplated by Anvisa have not yet been disclosed, which should happen at any time, with the authoritative publication in the official union gazette. By releasing the document, the agency will have a period of six months to publish the public notice, that is, until mid-January. The agency had forwarded, as early as May, a request for endorsement greater than that contemplated, with 129 vacancies.
Of the total of public tender vacancies, 57 went to positions requiring secondary education and 72 to higher education. In the case of mid-level vacancies, the opportunities were distributed in 50 for administrative technicians and 7 for technicians in regulation and health surveillance. As for higher education, there were 53 specialists in health regulation and surveillance and 17 for administrative analysts.

O Administrative technician is responsible for carrying out administrative and logistical activities related to the exercise of constitutional and legal competences in charge of Anvisa, implementing and executing programs and projects related to regulatory activities.
Already Health regulation and surveillance technician regulates, controls, inspects and inspects facilities that sell food, medicine and sanitary supplies. Finally the analyst analyzes controls and methods, develops monitoring reports for the administrative area, participates in planning, among others.

The agency's last public tender was held in 2016, when 78 vacancies were opened and the registration was reserved only for the position of administrative technician.
The bank was Cebraspe and the selection process had an objective test with 120 items, 50 of which were basic knowledge and 70 were specific knowledge, in addition to a dissertation test. The test of basic knowledge of the Anvisa contest had topics on:
- Ethics in public service;
- Computer skills;
- Logical reasoning;
- Portuguese language and;
- Current affairs, only for the speaking test.
For other posts, the last public tender took place in 2013, being organized by Cetro, when 314 vacancies were opened, distributed among several positions.
Of the total opportunities, 128 of them were opened in positions with high school requirement, 100 for technicians in regulation and health surveillance, 28 for technicians in regulation and health surveillance, and 28 for administrative technicians. The remaining 186 opportunities, with higher education requirements, were for the positions of specialist in health regulation and surveillance (157) and administrative analyst (29).
Anvisa 2013 contest exams
For regulation technicians, there were 80 questions on the following topics:
- Sanitary surveillance and public health – 10 questions;
- Constitutional and administrative law and ethics – 10 questions;
- Specific knowledge – 40 questions;
- Logical and quantitative reasoning – 5 questions;
- Regulation and public administration – 5 questions;
- Portuguese language – 10 questions.
A discursive test on public administration, health surveillance, regulation and public health was also carried out. For the position of administrative analyst and specialist in regulation, there were 120 questions about:
- Portuguese language – 10 questions;
- Regulation – 10 questions;
- Specific knowledge – 60 questions.;
- Sanitary surveillance – 10 questions;
- Foreign language – English – 10 questions;
- Constitutional and administrative law – 10 questions;
- Public policies and public management – 10 questions.
