The new request for vacancies for the DNIT middle and higher level public tender provides for opportunities for technicians and analysts
The National Department of Transport Infrastructure (DNIT) sent a new request for tender requesting the provision of 1.758 job vacancies for 4 middle and higher level positions. The request was based on a technical note that justifies the need for these opportunities, distributed among different technical positions and others.
The positions contemplated, and their respective vacancies in the application are as follows:
- Administrative Technician: 29 vacancies;
- Transport Infrastructure Support Technician: 1.319 vacancies;
- Administrative Analyst: 189 vacancies; It is
- Transport Infrastructure Analyst: 221 vacancies.
According to information from the DNIT, if authorized, the tender opening notice is expected to be published between January and March of 2024. The proposed schedule foresees that the tests and other stages will be carried out between April and June of the same year, with the approval of the final result and the appointment of those approved taking place in July and August of 2024.

Possible salaries that approved candidates will receive
As for wages, in the last DNIT contest that took place in 2012, those approved received the basic salary and the Transport Infrastructure Activity Performance Bonus (GDAIT). The starting salaries, in the 2012 contest, for each position were as follows:
- Administrative Technician: BRL 6.201,91;
- Transport Infrastructure Support Technician: BRL 7.125,16;
- Administrative Analyst: BRL 7.507,49; It is
- Transport Infrastructure Analyst: BRL 7.507,49.
Each position has specific training and assignment requirements. The position of Administrative Technician requires a medium level and involves intermediate level administrative and logistical activities related to the attributions of the DNIT. The position of Support Technician in Transport Infrastructure also requires a medium level and includes specialized technical support in planning, management, research, studies, among others related to transport infrastructure.
For Administrative Analyst and Transport Infrastructure Analyst vacancies, it is necessary to have a university degree in any area or in specific areas, depending on the position. Attributions involve higher-level administrative and logistical activities, as well as planning, management, research, studies, project preparation, monitoring of works, inspection of contracts and agreements, among others related to transport infrastructure.
Last DNIT mid-level contest
The last contest held by DNIT took place more than 10 years ago, in 2012, and offered 1.200 vacancies at medium and higher levels.
