New Casa da Moeda contest promises hundreds of vacancies for high school and higher education candidates

Concurseiros from all over the country are anxiously waiting for a new Casa da Moeda contest. The public competition will have vacancies for candidates of medium and superior level..

The expectation for the arrival of a new Mint contest continues to grow, as the selection is already confirmed and promises to make hundreds of vacancies available to those who have completed secondary and higher education. According to the latest information, the public tender already has even the areas defined for the respective positions.

The bidding procedures are also in progress and the expectation is that the announcement to be published during the second half of this year.

What positions can the Casa da Moeda contest make available?

The offer of vacancies for the public tender is yet to be confirmed. In the case of mid-level positions, the selective process will be for the security technician career, with starting salaries of R$ 2.600. In this case, the opportunities are for security technician (corporate and property security) and security technician (fire prevention and fighting.

As for the higher level, the expectation is for vacancies for the position of production analyst, with starting salaries of R$ 6 thousand, in the area of ​​value design – recording. The allocation of opportunities must be in the state of Rio de Janeiro. 

Successful Candidates: Attributions and Responsibilities

Those approved for the Security technician (corporate and property security), will be responsible for controlling access and transit of people, materials and vehicles, operating control systems, internal communication and security, monitoring the movement of people on the premises of the Mint, Manning the established service stations, among others.

Already for Safety Technician (Fire prevention and fighting) those approved will act in accident situations or when the company's safety plan is activated, transmit to employees of the various bodies, carry out fire prevention tasks, monitor activities that involve risk of accidents or fire, ensuring the physical and property safety in the Organization.

Finally, the Production Analyst – Value Design – Recording, will be responsible for developing historical-iconographical research for application in artistic projects, executing sculpture works, as well as executing modeling by manual and digital process of software and hardware to generate 3D engravings, among others.

O latest Mint Contest it was carried out more than 10 years ago, more precisely in 2012, when the institution made more than 1.015 vacancies available, 27 of which were immediate and 988 were reserve personnel.

As opportunities went to the positions of technical administrative assistant, industrial technician, industrial operation assistant and administrative analyst, each with several specific specialties. At the time, the organizing committee was the Cesgranrio Foundation. 

The last public tender had two stages, the first consisting of objective tests for all positions under the technical and operational responsibility of the Cesgranrio Foundation, of an eliminatory and classifying nature, and the second stage, of biopsychosocial qualification and competent admission procedures under the responsibility from the Mint of Brazil.
