News at full steam! Nubank announces its new betting tool, NuBolão, after the announcement of its own cryptocurrency

Shortly after the announcement of the launch of its own cryptocurrency, Nucoin, the virtual bank released a new technology aimed at users interested in placing bets during the 2022 World Cup.  How do NuBolão bets work?

The launch of the new tech of the bank is part of a series of novelties that the fintech is preparing for the period of the 2022 World Cup. Check below how to bet on Nubank's NuBolão:

The first step is to access the Nubank application and then go to the NuBolão function. Then just enter the results you believe are correct for each of the matches. You can also choose to participate in the new technology or create a private pool with friends, family and colleagues.

Bets must be placed up to 30 minutes before the start of each match and they will be unique, that is, one person cannot suggest a result for the private pool and another for the General Ranking.

What will the prizes be?

The winner of the first place in the betting cycle of a phase will receive BRL 20 in a Nubank box. Second and third place will receive R$ 12 and R$ 5 respectively. The three winners will also take a McDonalds gift card worth R$ 3, valid for six months.

In the case of the three best placed throughout the betting period, Nubank will pay BRL 60 for the first place, BRL 35 for the second and BRL 25 for the third. They will also receive a R$3 McDonald's voucher valid for six months.
