With this, the company surpassed Microsoft, which ended the day with US$3,317 trillion (R$17,9 trillion), and also Apple, valued at US$3,286 trillion (R$17,8 trillion).

Growth driven by artificial intelligence

According to the G1 portal, experts report that Nvidia's rise reflects a positive trend driven by increased demand for artificial intelligence (AI) generativity globally, especially evident since last year.

To get an idea of ​​the company's recent growth, in the first quarter of this year, the company recorded a net profit of US$14,9 billion (approximately R$78,5 billion), which represented a impressive increase of 628% compared to the same period last year.
