A new cycle of prosperity begins in Macaé, especially in the offshore branch with the expansion of the project. Big companies are interested.

[supsystic-social-sharing id='1′]The Bellavista Industrial Park, one of the largest industrial enterprises in Rio de Janeiro, promoted last Wednesday (6/12) an event with businessmen to present its expansion and was attended by by the Mayor of Macaé, Aluízio Júnior, who presented the lecture “Less royalties, more jobs”.

With promising announcements in the oil sector, the local economy is starting to advance more strongly. Bellavista Park registers growth and announces its expansion. With around 1 million m² already occupied by some of the world's leading companies in the oil and gas sector, the director of the complex, Leonardo Dias, explained at the time the expansion of the complex. The total area is now 3 million square meters, now available for sale or rent.

The development already has large operating companies, such as: Petrobras, Schlumberger, National Oilwell Varco, Nalco Champion and Swire Oilfield Services. “With the paving of Estrada de Santa Tereza, the Industrial Park will be connected to BR-101, saving time and money in cargo transport, and providing more security and speed in access to other centers, such as Campos, Vitória and all of Rio de Janeiro. Janeiro”, explains entrepreneur Leonardo Dias, from Parque Bellavista.

The Industrial Park offers, in this stage of expansion, all the land that has already been leveled. “We have important differentials, such as: public transport is already available for the development area, our access roads were planned for heavy vehicle traffic, and the complex already has fiber optic services, natural gas, a high-capacity electricity network , garbage collection”, completes Leonardo Dias.
