Ocyan announces a new selection process for the city of Macaé. Check out the updated offshore and onshore job openings available by the company, today, November 05th.

Ocyan has constantly announced job openings for Macaé and other regions. On this day, the company offers effective offshore and onshore vacancies for high school and higher education professionals. Check out the fresh vacancies announced by KEMPETRO for Macaé and Bahia.

Ocyan is proud to announce its first female Brazilian captain, Carla Malafaia, who took over the Norbe IX drillship in October. The company is increasingly seeking diversity, with equal opportunities prevailing for all people, regardless of any characteristics that make them unique.

Another 11 women work on the rig, which represents 6% of the entire team, although the number is low, it is a good level when compared to the reality of the oil and gas market.

This year, Ocyan started the Diversity & Inclusion program, which has a committee responsible for the program's strategy, in addition to affinity groups. In 2019, the priority activities are 'gender equity' and 'people with disabilities'.
