Description of Activities: Carry out all the specific tasks of the production line in order to obtain a product manufactured under safe conditions, following the operational instructions and within the requirements of HSE, quality and standard productivity rates.

ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Lead Operator in the setup, in the operation of production machines, in the analysis and resolution of problems on the line;

Keep the workplace clean and tidy, including areas for storing materials and leftovers, in accordance with the company's operating policies;

Perform all necessary tasks in accordance with standard security policies;

Complete line documents, following the procedures and Operating Instructions;

Load the machine with the material necessary for its operation, ensuring the traceability of the material;

Collaborate with other work areas in accordance with operating procedures, as well as perform other tasks assigned by the shift supervisor and/or lead operator;

Ensure that the Health, Safety and Environment values, expressed in the company's Policies, are practiced by employees, suppliers and third parties, through the identification, monitoring and control of significant environmental impacts and occupational risks, based on attitude, leadership, training and commitment;

Work in accordance with company policy and procedures relating to quality and operations. Report any non-compliance, concerns and risk situations to the product/process/service. Be committed to the results of the quality objectives and seek continuous improvement of the product/process/service.

Prerequisites:

Training in Industrial Mechanics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Electrotechnical Technician, Naval Construction or equivalent regular course. Experience in a large industry.

Desirable:

• Experience in industrial environments with a 5S culture, lean manufacturing, waste elimination, zero defects and zero accidents.
• NR 11 – Cargo lifting and handling, Gantry operation, Basic Welding Operation, operation of cutting and rotating equipment;
• Reading and interpretation of drawings and technical documents;
• Knowledge in metrology, reading instruments.
