USP has a new public notice open to offer several vacancies for the position of Analyst for Administrative Affairs. Find out how to compete!

A University of São Paulo (USP) published a edict for a new public tender with 63 vacancies for the position of Analyst for Administrative Affairs. Higher education candidates will receive starting salaries of R$ 9.257,99. Those interested must only have a university degree in any area, intermediate knowledge in a foreign language and knowledge in computers.

This professional is responsible for carrying out a survey of information, relevant legislation, data, studies and specific analyzes of the operating sectors to expand organizational effectiveness, within the regulations, legal limits and internal policies of the University. It also prepares and revises technical texts, maintains the flow of information with other areas related to its own, to ensure normal compliance with work routines within legal provisions and internal standards, develop audit work on procedures performed, verifying compliance with legal molds and internal rules.

O Analyst for Administrative Affairs it also prepares and issues bulletins, reports and opinions on various subjects in the areas of activity. Responsible for knowing and being up-to-date with the legislation relevant to their area of ​​activity, guiding the work of technical administrative servants in their sector of activity, being able to manage work teams in the most varied activities of the areas.

Plans, develops and organizes systems, procedures and administrative methods, guiding their application and evaluating their results, provides services to the public, according to the activities of the sectors in which it operates, organizes and participates in the preparation and application of courses and lectures, conferences, symposiums, among others. others. It also oversees the care, maintenance, conservation and cleaning of equipment, instruments and materials used, as well as the workplace.

Registration for the USP contest will begin on March 31

The inscriptions in public tender must be made between March and April of this year through the fuvest website, responsible for holding USP entrance exams and competitions. To approve the application, interested parties must pay a registration fee in the amount of R$ 159.

According to the announcement, 63 vacancies will be offered for the position of Analyst for Administrative Affairs distributed among the municipalities of São Paulo, Bauru, Piracicaba, Lorena, Ribeirão Preto, Pirassununga and São Carlos.

Candidates for the USP public tender will be evaluated via objective and discursive tests, which will be applied on May 7 of this year in the cities mentioned above.

The objective test will consist of 70 multiple-choice questions, with 5 alternatives each and only one correct answer, on the disciplines of Portuguese Language, Mathematics, English Language, Legal and Normative Knowledge of USP, Specific in Management, General and Current Affairs. On the other hand, the discursive test of the USP Contest will include the preparation of a dissertation based on a theme proposed by the panel.
