Registrations in the city hall selection process will be received from 9am on October 1st to 16pm on October 30th, 2024, exclusively online, through the website of the Brazilian Institute of Management and Research – IBGP, organizer of the selection process. Registration fees for vacancies at City Hall cost R$70 for primary education positions, R$80 for secondary and technical levels and R$100 for higher education.

Those interested in the City Hall contest must be native or naturalized Brazilians, be in enjoyment of political rights, be in compliance with electoral obligations, be up to date with military obligations for male candidates, be at least 18 years of age, in upon appointment, be judged physically and mentally fit to perform the position, through prior official medical inspection and the multidisciplinary team in the case of People with Disabilities (PwD), have documents proving minimum education / requirements present in the notice.

Stages of the city hall selection process

The competition for vacancies in the city council of Conselheiro Lafaiete will consist of the following stages: 

• Objective test, of an eliminatory and classificatory nature, for all positions;
• Discursive test, of an eliminatory and classificatory nature, for legal attorneys;
• Test of qualifications, of a classificatory nature; It is
• Test of physical capacity, psychological assessment, medical assessment, social investigation and hetero-identification procedure, of an eliminatory nature, for traffic agent and municipal guard.

The objective and discursive tests will be applied on the scheduled date of November 24, 2024, at locations and times to be communicated in the edict notice, to be published at the appropriate time.
