Operator Vivo has 350 job openings for candidates without experience. There are home office and face-to-face vacancies in several states of the country.

A live operator, one of the largest telephone companies in the country, is looking for new candidates to fill vacancies without experience. In total, there are 350 job openings in its internship program in various locations. With a focus on inclusion, half of the company's opportunities are for black people and to generate greater flexibility there are home office and face-to-face vacancies.

Who can apply for vacancies without experience at Operator Vivo?

To fill in your trainees the company is looking for students who are expected to complete a university degree between July 2025 and July 2026. As for Technologists courses, those who are studying the second semester in August of this year are eligible.

It is worth remembering that the company does not require English and there is no age limit for entering the program. Approved interns must work for 6 hours a day, with flexible hours and to be arranged in the following cities:

  • Brasilia DF);
  • Curitiba (PR);
  • Londrina (PR);
  • Fortaleza (EC);
  • Maceió (AL);
  • Rio de Janeiro - RJ);
  • Santa Maria (RS);
  • Bethlehem (PA).

In addition to the requirements mentioned above, it is essential that the candidate has the desire to transform the world, love for technology and all its possibilities, like to make connections that lead beyond, be curious, open to the new and different to grow and learn more and more. and seek to develop and acquire professional experience in a reference company in the market.

The areas of expertise in vacancies without experience are Auditing, Legal, Commercial and Business, Marketing and Products, Engineering, Human Resources, Customer Experience, Sustainability, Finance and Digital Technology.

Contracts for vacancies without experience have a duration of 12 to 24 months, with the possibility of effective hiring at the end of the program. The company did not disclose information about the grant, however it informed that the salaries are compatible with the job market. Applications can now be made on the program's website and the selection process will include applications, interviews and dynamics.
