Large company in the O&G sector is looking for a professional with experience in offshore activity planning in Macaรฉ

To ensure the organization, planning and reporting of offshore and some onshore activities, a large company is looking for an offshore activities planner in the city of Macaรฉ. Every activity needs prior organization and preparation (planning) to have positive results, in the offshore sector it is no different, the presence of planners is indispensable to guarantee the correct progress of the projects. Requirements:

Vacancy: Offshore Planning Technician

  • Industrial technical course, class council registration
  •  Registered experience in CTPS
  • Domain in APLAT and training in MS-Project
  • Valid CBSP course

Activities to develop:

Issue, analyze, consolidate, monitor and disseminate reports, indicators, presentations, spreadsheets, minutes, DIPs and external letters. Plan and expedite planning and scheduling processes. Create, modify, plan, track and analyze service notes and orders in SAP or other planning systems. Carry out loading, updating and sanitation of data in spreadsheets, systems and portals.
