Transmissora Aliança de Energia Elétrica SA – TAESA has some works in progress and is one of the largest private electricity transmission groups in Brazil in terms of Allowed Annual Revenue (RAP). The company is exclusively dedicated to the construction, operation and maintenance of transmission assets, with approximately 9.868 km in operation and 2.267 km under construction, totaling 12.135 km of transmission lines. In addition, it has assets in 70 substations in operation with voltage levels between 230 and 525kV, presence in all regions of the country and an Operation and Control Center located in Brasília. Currently, TAESA holds 35 transmission concessions, owning 100% of the assets of fifteen concessions, participation in ETAU, Brasnorte, Paraguaçu and Aimorés, ERB1 and in fourteen TBE concessions.
