REQUIREMENTS:
- Certificate of completion of high school or technical course;
- Ultrasound Weld Inspection Certification (US.N2.S2.1);
- Minimum professional experience of 6 months in equipment inspection, quality control or manufacturing activities;
- Intermediate Office package;
- Category B driving license;
- It is desirable: Equipment Inspector training course; Liquid Penetrating (LP-N2-G) and Phased Array (US.N2.PA) certifications.
ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT
- Perform inspection by non-destructive testing of parts manufactured by the Boilermaking team (pipes and metallic structures) and equipment repairs;
- Issue inspection reports for non-destructive testing;
- Ensure the quality of manufactured parts (pipes and metal structures);
- Control the calibration of instruments used in inspections by non-destructive testing.
Job openings for Production Operator
REQUIREMENTS:
- Training in a mid-level technical course recognized by MEC in Mechanics, Electrics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, Instrumentation, Automation, Chemistry, Petrochemistry, Industrial Processes or Oil and Gas;
- Activities in the areas of primary oil, petrochemical or chemical processing;
- Operational routines of wells;
- Driving license in at least category B;
- Availability for immediate start;
- Availability to work in Alagoas;
- NR-13, NR-20, NR-33 and NR-35 courses are differential.
ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT
- Monitoring and monitoring of variables in the Operational Control Room;
- Operation, follow-up and monitoring of: separator vessels and other equipment in the primary processing and oil treatment system; fluid storage tanks; fluid transfer system; chemical injection systems;
- Maneuvering valves and other accessories;
- Alignment of wells and carrying out production tests on tanks and gauges;
- Monitoring well operational routines (stick launching, Echometer tests, well operational rounds, DHSV tests, monitoring and recording of data such as pressure, temperature, flow, height of levels, etc.);
- Collection and identification of samples of gas, fluids and solid waste (such as paraffin, fluid from the steam generation and injection system, among others), to be sent to the laboratory;
- Drainage and/or overflow of vessels and tanks from production processes;
