PepsiCo is opening applications for new job openings in five Brazilian states; opportunities are available in several areas and do not require experience.

PepsiCo is accepting applications for its Next Gen trainee program, aimed exclusively at black women who identify as black or brown. The program, which focuses on inclusion and diversity, offers more than 10 job openings in various areas such as Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Strategy & Transformation. The salary offered is R$10, and the vacancies at PepsiCo are distributed across five states: Sao Paulo, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Bahia and Pernambuco.

The program’s goal is to attract and develop black female talent to fill strategic positions within the company, contributing to a more diverse and representative corporate environment. Candidates who meet the program’s requirements will have the opportunity to join one of the largest multinationals in the food sector, with a benefits package and a promising career plan.

PepsiCo Job Requirements

The Next Gen program is aimed at women who identify as black or brown and who have graduated at least two years ago in any undergraduate course, whether a bachelor's, licentiate or technologist. It is important that the course has been completed by December 2022. There is no age limit, and the English language proficiency is not mandatory, which makes the program even more accessible. In addition, interested candidates must be available to work full-time from December 2024 and also to relocate, if necessary, during the program.

Between the Available areas of expertise are Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Financial Planning, Sales and Account Management. The contractors will be able to work in PepsiCo units spread throughout Brazil, such as the snack factories in Sete Lagoas (MG), Curitiba (PR) and Itu (SP), or in other units such as the chocolate factory in Feira de Santana (BA) and the coconut water factory in Petrolina (PE).

After registering, candidates will undergo virtual assessments and group dynamics.
