The oil and gas market presents companies in the sector with a series of new technological challenges in the exploration and production of fields around the world and, in particular, in the Brazilian pre-salt layer for the future. As a result, on the 30th (Tuesday), Firjan will promote a meeting to discuss trends in the oil industry.

The event will be attended by Orlando Riberio, executive manager of the Petrobras Research Center, who will announce research demands for improving the oil and gas market.

Likewise, the ANP (National Petroleum Agency) will be represented by the superintendent of Research and Technological Development, Alfredo Reunalt, who will discuss the use of resources in the research, development and innovation clause of oil exploration and production contracts.

At the end, the president of Baker Hughes and GE Company Alejandro Duran and Ana Hofmann, director of the Manufacturing and Natural Resources industry at Micrisoft Brasil, will present and discuss the solutions for the new challenges of the industry.
