Petrobras has just opened 700 vacancies in its Young Apprentice Program. The selection process will be for young people aged 14 to 22, with no experience, from 25 municipalities in several Brazilian states, check out how to register
Petrobras opened, this Monday (18), its selection process for opportunities in the Young Apprentice program and, in total, the company is offering 700 vacancies for candidates without experience, in 25 municipalities in 15 states of Brazil. The oil company is looking for young people aged between 14 and 22 years and three full months. Applicants must be enrolled and attending their respective schools, if they do not have completed high school. There are also opportunities in the selection process that are aimed exclusively at people with disabilities (PCD) and teenagers from the children's market, as well as teenagers in institutional care.

in the program Young apprentice from Petrobras, candidates without experience will receive training classes and carry out practical tasks at the National Learning Service (Senai). In addition, participants will make technical visits to Petrobras facilities throughout Brazil.
The program plans to provide professional training courses and vacancies in the following areas: logistics assistant, technical support operator in information technology, administrative assistant, web programmer, production line assistant, welder, maintenance mechanic, hydraulic plumber, industrial electrician, installer of combustible gas building pipes and building electrician.

Candidates without experience who are approved in the recruitment and selection process will have to complete a learning journey of 4 hours a day, from Monday to Friday, during the period of 20 months, and will also be entitled to a minimum wage and other benefits such as vacation, 13th salary, transportation vouchers and optional supplementary pension plan. Registration of the special apprenticeship contract in the Employment and Social Security Card will be done directly by Petrobras.

The selection process will be done according to the average in the subjects of Mathematics and Portuguese Language based on the 2021 school report card. As for candidates who have completed high school, the school transcript must be considered for this average to be prepared. Click on this link and register.
If the candidate does not attach the school report card, the grade will be considered zero. The tiebreaker criteria will be: to be a beneficiary of public social programs of the federal, municipal or state government, to be enrolled in Elementary or Secondary Education in the public network or to have a certificate of completion of secondary education in the public network.
