The 28 onshore fields for sale by Petrobras have integrated facilities. Estal had started the divestment process last month, when it carried out the opportunity disclosure stage.

Petrobras informs that the concessions corresponding to the Miranga Complex (referenced in the Material Fact dated 28/08/2017) may be included in the concession process for the Polo Bahia Terra, which will be announced in due course.

This operation is in line with the company's strategy of optimizing the portfolio and improving the allocation of capital, starting to increasingly focus its resources on world-class assets in deep and ultra-deep waters, where Petrobras has demonstrated a great competitive edge over the years.

The pole has about 1,7 wells in operation, in addition to collection and treatment stations, oil storage and handling parks, gas and oil pipelines and other associated infrastructure, said the oil company, which is the operator of the fields with a 100% stake.

The assets had an average production of around 14 barrels of oil per day and 618 cubic meters of gas per day between January and November 2020.
