The initial projection is that, over the next two years, Rio and São Paulo will gain 400 intelligent self-service terminals for delivering e-commerce orders at service stations under the BR banner, following the model already implemented in Metrô Rio (Invepar Group).
According to BR's Retail Business Manager, Leonardo Burgos, the objective is to reach 1.600 terminals in the network, in five years. “We currently have 7.800 Petrobras service stations throughout Brazil, with more than 1.200 BR Mania convenience stores.
The implementation of self-service terminals means yet another benefit for our customers, who were receptive to the initiative”, says Burgos, adding that the action will also attract new consumers who face difficulties in receiving deliveries of goods purchased in the virtual environment.

The terminal offers an alternative address for consumers, eliminating delivery difficulties due to not being at home, not having porters or having restricted access to postal services.
