Company from Rio de Janeiro already offers sanitization services, industrial cleaning, maintenance and repair for the most diverse segments, including hospitals, airports, oil platforms, ports and vessels
Rio de Janeiro, October 2022 – For more than 10 years in the market providing highly critical services, Petrogotas, a Brazilian company operating in the maintenance and repair sector for the oil and gas industry and industrial cleaning, seeks to expand its customer base, today made up mostly of multinationals, some of which have a maritime unit (oil platforms), through the improvement of specialized services.
In 2021, the company recorded R$ 15 million in revenue, equivalent to 80% growth, due to the provision of services aimed at sanitizing and decontaminating surfaces. “Right at the beginning of the pandemic, we noticed the demand from companies, national and international, regarding the sanitization of environments. At the moment, we are optimizing our entire operation so that this service can be provided quickly and efficiently, which brought us great results last year”, he says. João Paulo Gorni, founder and director of Petrogotas.
In this context, the executive emphasizes the importance of being aware of market demands so that, when possible, the business is rethought, opening up room for action on new fronts, however without giving up the raw material which, in the case of Petrogotas, is security. The company, which has been without accidents for 5730 days, has already provided more than 3 services and has more than 10 certifications, including the Operating License from the State Institute for the Environment (Inea) and the Operating Authorization (AFE) from Anvisa to operate on surface decontamination fronts in ports, airports, waterway rings, border posts and customs areas.

As a way to continue the company's growth, João Paulo Gorni points out that the company has invested heavily in its facilities, such as the construction of a new building of approximately 1800 m², in the neighborhood of São José do Barreto, in Macaé, in Rio de Janeiro. Focus on the oil and gas sector
With services that serve condominiums, residences, supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, laboratories, commerce, airports, among many other segments, Petrodrops Today, one of its main objectives is to expand operations in the oil and gas segment. The company already has a massive presence in ports, oil platforms and vessels.
For this sector, the main services provided are maintenance and repair: instrumentation, welding, painting, mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics; cleaning and maintenance of tanks and ships: cargo, ballast, sewage, potable and salt water; equipment in general: pumps, heat exchangers, valves; and home renovation.
