PicPay application, in partnership with digital school, opens 50 places in a free course

To guarantee a place in the PicPay course, it is not necessary to have prior knowledge in the area 

PicPay, a payment application, has teamed up with the Kenzie Academy digital school to offer 50 places in an introductory programming course. No prior knowledge of programming is required to enroll in the course. The programming area is considered one of the most promising in the job market and usually lacks enough professionals to fill the jobs offered.

In the course offered by PicPay, those who applied for vacancies will get to know the technological market and learn the basics of CSS, HTML and Javascript, which are the main programming languages ​​used in this market.

The PicPay course  

In the PicPay course, students who applied for vacancies will develop a professional project from scratch, which can later be used as a portfolio. Everyone who attends the classes will receive a certificate. The course will take place from the 21/02th to the 24/04th at 19 pm. 

At the end of the course, people with disabilities (PCD), women, black people and LGBTQIA+ people will compete for three grants of R$ 5 thousand reais in the PicPay wallet, in order to encourage training at the Kenzie Academy digital school. PicPay's intention with this attitude is to encourage diversity.
