URGENT! Registration for the Correios Young Apprentice program is now open. There are more than 4 home office vacancies with no experience for young people from all over Brazil.

The post office has more than 4 THOUSAND home office and immediate face-to-face vacancies, in addition to formation of reserve registration for students throughout Brazil. O selective process of the institution has 4.382 vacancies without experience for the Young Apprentice Program, which will be governed by public notice No. 001/2023 and coordinated by the Brazilian Postal and Telegraph Company.

What home office and face-to-face vacancies does the Jovem Aprendiz Correios program offer?

This selection process will be valid for one year, counted from the date of its approval, and may be extended for the same period only once. Vacancies without experience will be filled in face-to-face or distance mode in the following courses: 

Administrative assistant

Responsible for the processes of the administrative sector, assisting in the organization of files, issuing or launching invoices and control of correspondence, preparation of spreadsheets and management reports. It is also up to this professional to carry out activities to support other areas, such as finance, human resources and marketing.

Logistic assistant

Assists in the application of procedures for logistics, movement, storage, dispatch and distribution of materials and products. Collaborates in the control of logistics operations from the perspective of multimodality.

Those interested in applying for jobs in the Correios Jovem Aprendiz program must meet certain requirements, such as:

  • Be attending at least the 9th year of elementary school;
  • Be between 14 and 21 years old at the time of hiring, except in situations provided for in the Law and regulations in force;
  • Be enrolled and regularly attending school, if you have not completed high school.
  • Have not previously been hired as a young apprentice or maintained an employment relationship with the Post Office.

Quota systems and registration for vacancies without experience at Correios

In addition to highly competitive vacancies, there are reserved opportunities for people with disabilities and for black, black or brown people. To access the capacity of all home office and face-to-face vacancies, you will need to access the opening notice.

Those who are hired for the opportunities of Young Apprentice Post Office they will be entitled to a minimum hourly wage, meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, shared meals at 5% and a postal uniform.

The working day will be 20 hours a week, spread over 4 hours a day. The Correios Young Apprentice program is expected to last between 1 and 2 consecutive years depending on the needs of the public administration.

Understand how the selection process will work for home office and face-to-face vacancies

The first phase of the event is the registration, with qualifying character, which should take place between the 27th of this month and the 21st of April this year. After registration, candidates will be classified taking into account the sum of the scores referring to the items of monthly family income (up to 6 points), Educational Institution (up to 6 points), Age (up to 6 points), Participation in Social Programs foreseen in the Opening notice (up to 3 points).

The second phase of the selection process for the Jovem Aprendiz Correios program is of an eliminatory nature and consists of electronic confirmation of the requirements informed at the time of registration.

There will also be a pre-employment phase, of an eliminatory nature, consisting of the delivery of personal documents to prove the requirements and the admission medical evaluation, enrollment in the Apprenticeship Course of the qualified entity in professional technical training.

Finally, there will be the hiring phase, which will include the signing of the apprenticeship contract by the candidate approved in the previous phases. In the event of a tie between two or more candidates, preference will be given to:

Student who is a minor, taking into account the year, month and day of birth, student who is within the situations provided for in the opening public notice, meet the criterion of advance registration, measured by the lowest registration number.
