Attention complete elementary school professionals! There are 85 job openings in various functions to start working next month on the construction of a wind farm in the state of Bahia. In January of this year, Statkraft Brasil started the construction of the Ventos de Santa Eugênia Wind Complex, located in Uibaí and Ibipeba, in Bahia (BA). The company's strategy for operating in Brazilian territory is to triple the renewable energy generation capacity by 2025. According to data from the National Electric Energy Agency (Aneel), wind energy is the second most used source in Brazil and accounts for only 9,1% of the Brazilian energy matrix.

Since the beginning of the works, more than 400 professionals have been hired. The expectation is that approximately 750 people will be hired during the entire construction. Currently, there are 85 job openings available for the selection process.

Due to its expertise in the market and its values ​​converging with those of Statkraft, the construction company Seta Engenharia was hired to carry out the civil works for the Wind Complex and is the outsourced company that will carry out the highest number of admissions during the period. The company operates in the heavy civil industry and is focused on carrying out works and earthworks in wind, hydroelectric and solar energy generation projects, among others.

The jobs are for various positions, such as mason, construction worker, carpenter, electromechanical fitter, ambulance driver, 3/4 truck driver, concrete mixer truck driver, train truck driver, water truck driver, concrete pump operator, loader operator, backhoe operator, signalman, welder and vibrator operator. Most positions require six months of experience and a high school education.

The training required will depend on each position, and the hiring phases will take place between July and August of this year. The deadline for submitting resumes is July 31.
