The Talent Shortage in the Industry
Brazil currently ranks 10th in the world when it comes to the difficulty of finding qualified professionals, according to a 2022 survey by ManpowerGroup. This problem has intensified since 2018, with a ten percentage point increase in the lack of qualified professionals last year, reaching 81% in 2022.
This is a challenge for companies, with three out of four of them struggling to hire talent. The grace period increased from 34% in 2018 to 52% in 2019 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, reaching 71% two years ago.
TÆLOR in Action
Reginaldo Rodrigues, CEO of Cogtive, explains that TÆLOR is capable of evaluating in real time the information available on the industry's indicator panel.
