Preparing for the future of work

Companies are already using AI in their selection processes, which means candidates need to be prepared to interact with AI-based recruitment systems. Preparation goes further, involving the optimization of resumes and cover letters with the help of AI tools to increase the chances of success.

For those looking to join or relocate to companies that value AI knowledge, it is crucial to understand which skills are most in demand and seek courses that offer these skills. The entry of generation Z into the job market has also contributed to the formation of a new employee profile, more integrated and aware of the use of technology. Staying up to date and receptive to technological innovations is essential, regardless of age, to bring innovative ideas and effective solutions to the professional environment.
