Volta Redonda creates more jobs in RJ
Volta Redonda followed by Campos in job creation

The municipality of Volta Redonda generated the most jobs in 2019, followed by Campos dos Goytacazes, according to the Ministry of Economy registration

Even at a slow pace, the recovery of jobs has been concentrated in the most industrially developed cities, this was the case of Volta Redonda, in the south of the state that generated in 2019, the positive balance is 3.396 jobs.
In second place was the city of Farmlands dos Goytacazes, in the north of the state, with the creation of 3.218 jobs. MG also generates jobs, read here!

The data are from the General Register of Employed and Unemployed People (CAGED) and were released yesterday (25/09), by the Ministry of economy.
In the last 12 months, from August 2018 to August 2019, the city of Volta Redonda was also the one that generated the most jobs (4.495), with an average of 12 jobs per day.

In the month of August alone, 315 new jobs were created in the city and Mayor Samuca spoke about what was done to achieve this fact: “We are showing that it is possible to overcome the crisis with creativity, innovation and reducing bureaucracy. The improvement of the business environment is evident, which means that the city can attract companies and those that are already consolidated expand the vacancies offered. we have an open average of 12 vacancies per day, which demonstrates the consolidation of the movement”, he said.

The measures adopted

The mayor of Volta Redonda also highlighted the measures adopted that contribute to the creation of jobs in the city, such as: Shopping street, employment campaign, Zero Commercial Tariff, return to dialogue with CSN, improvement in the business environment, call center company, inauguration of the new mall and regularization of street vendors.
