Among the aspects verified by Bureau Veritas in the evaluation of sustainability practices are the Diversity and Inclusion policies of Saint-Gobain Canalização, such as the Women in Senior Management program and the hiring of people with disabilities in its production process. Also fundamental to the achievement was its efficient communication plan to inform, empower, and engage employees regarding the company’s agenda. Saint-Gobain Canalização had its maturity level of sustainability practices classified as “Engaged” in the three business units located in Barra Mansa (RJ), Itaúna (MG), and Bom Jardim de Minas (MG). This classification indicates a commitment to management and participatory practices in ESG, as well as significant stakeholder involvement throughout its value chain.
