A Environmental Sanitation Company of the Federal District (CAESB) announced the hiring of Cebraspe as the organizing body for its new public competition. With 302 vacancies in total, the contest will include opportunities for intermediate levels, technical and higher, offering remunerations that can reach R$ 10.873,95. Selection process steps
The competition will have several evaluation phases. Candidates will be subjected to the following stages:
- Objective Test: For all positions.
- Discursive Test: Also applicable to all positions.
- Test of Titles: Exclusive for the positions of Business Support Analyst (ASN), Sanitation Systems Analyst (ASS) and Lawyer (ADV).
- Physical Fitness Test (TAF): For the position of Sanitation Systems Operations Agent (GSO).
The objective test of the selection process will focus on assess specific knowledge and basic skills of candidates, being the main stage of the process. The title test will be used to classify the candidates with the highest qualifications, while the TAF will only be applied to candidates for the GSO position, due to the physical nature of the role.
