Registration is now open, and in addition to offering opportunities in Brazil, the program also includes international vacancies . If you have at least two years of experience in the job market, this could be your chance to stand out in areas such as Sales, D2C (e-commerce), Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, HR, Finance, Supply Chain/Manufacturing and Legal, according to the Exam website.
Whirlpool is expanding the boundaries of its trainee program. Therefore, the program is also open to suitable candidates who are interested in residing in these locations.”
Duration and requirements
The program lasts two years and offers several advantages, such as participation in strategic projects with monitoring from senior leadership, specialized training, job rotation, mentoring and coaching.
To apply for trainee positions, you must meet the following requirements:
- Have completed your degree between December 2019 and December 2021;
- Have professional experience (not necessarily in the area chosen for the program);
- Have proficiency in English;
- Be willing to move to the chosen location as a trainee;
- Be willing to travel;
- Demonstrate leadership and teamwork skills;
- Have strategic thinking and analytical skills;
- Be able to simplify complex problems;
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus;
