For more than half a century, Scala has still kept alive the tradition of its Italian founder: Improving cheese production without losing the artisanal flavor. Its headquarters are located in Sacramento and the company has three factories, two at its headquarters and another in Salitre de Minas. In addition to these, Scala has a grain storage unit, an animal nutrition products industry and a modern distribution center.
The company is capable of processing around 600 liters of milk daily and has a complete line of products such as Parmesan, Gorgonzola, Provolone, Minas Padrão, Semi-Curado, Colonial, Coalho cheese, Prato, Cream cheese, Requeijão, among others.
