How to apply?
It's quite simple. Just access the pre-registration form on the city hall website herei and fill in some small items. This step aims to speed up the registration process.
Print the form and take it with you to the Parque de Exposições in the city in Bairro Lagomar/Barreto, Macaé-RJ. Come with your identity documents, CPF and proof of residence. At 9 am registration begins at 15 pm the gates close and passwords will be distributed to those in line.
