The Junior Operations Advisor I position is part of the Sem Parar Empresas business unit. The professional will work in the after-sales area, providing customer service in person and remotely. The main responsibilities include:
- Define strategies together with the coordination, implementing and negotiating solutions that aim to increase revenue, aligned with the company's objectives.
- Conduct training with customers, either in person or through online tools, ensuring full understanding and use of the solutions offered.
- Track usage and solve any problems new customers may have during the first few months of their contract, ensuring a positive and effective experience.
- Serve, build loyalty and retain the customer portfolio, monitoring volumes and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and monitor action plans for customer retention and growth goals, through remote and in-person meetings, depending on each customer's revenue.
Requirements and qualifications
To apply for the vacancy, it is essential that the professional has:
- complete higher education.
- CNH category B valid.
- Willingness to travel using a vehicle provided by the company.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, graphs, dashboards) and in the Office package.
- Familiarity with CRM and service tools.
