Essential and desirable requirements
To apply, you must meet the following requirements:
Experience in UX and UI design: The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in User Experience Design (UX) and User Interface (UI) projects. Having worked on Desktop and Mobile projects that use Design Thinking dynamics is an advantage.
Training and knowledge: You must have completed high school and be pursuing a degree or technical degree in the field of design, or have specific qualification courses. Furthermore, it is desirable that the professional has knowledge of tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD). Ability to create responsive and accessible designs is also valued
Agile methodologies and communication skills: Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, is a positive point. Furthermore, communication and teamwork skills are essential to collaborate effectively with other professionals.
Work conditions
- Competitive Salary: SESI offers an attractive salary of R$6872,68.
- Flexible working hoursl: The workload is 200 hours per month, with opening hours from 08:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 13:30 pm to 17:30 pm, from Monday to Friday.
- Remote work: The position is available for teleworking, with a monthly contract and an indefinite term.
