Sesi-PE opens registration for 300 vacancies in free preparatory courses

Sesi PE is starting the month of August with 300 vacancies in free courses. The training takes place over the internet with the right to a digital certificate of completion.

O Industry Social Service in Pernambuco (Sesi-PE) has applications open for more than 300 vacancies in free online courses to prepare for the job market. In total, the 300 Sesi opportunities are divided equally for the Interpersonal Relationship and The Importance of Feedback courses.

The programme of Interpersonal relationship It has a workload of 12 hours and aims to develop some of the skills most demanded by professionals in the new millennium, namely: emotional intelligence, technical knowledge and the ability to relate. 

Among the skills addressed is relating to peers, strengthening teamwork, recognizing interpersonal relationships, focusing on a healthy work environment. The content will consist of the following topics:

• Cordiality;
• Listening;
• Ethic;
• Perception: me and the other;
• The work environment and relationships;
• Empathy;
• Communication;
• Interpersonal intelligence;
• Conflict management;
• assertiveness.

The Sesi course The Importance of Feedback acts with the aim of developing feedback as a tool for personal and professional improvement, demystifying the idea that it is a time for criticism and pointing out failures.

In this course, students will develop the ability to recognize the importance of feedback, with a view to strengthening dialogical relationships in the personal and professional spheres. Content topics include:

• The secret to good leadership;
• Why is it so difficult to give feedback?;
• Why do most people have difficulty receiving feedback?;
• When to give feedback?;
• Feedback as an open space;
• What to say to the collaborator?;
• Definition of feedback.

Who can participate in Sesi-PE's free courses?

Those who wish to participate in Sesi's free courses must have a computer with internet access and basic knowledge in computing, Internet Explorer browser (IE11 or higher), Firefox, Chrome and PDF reader, operating systems compatible with mobile devices.

Sesi points out that for a better experience it is necessary to use headphones. Failure to meet the requirements does not make your participation in the course unfeasible, it can only affect your performance. On tablets and smartphones, some features may perform less well.

Entries can be made through the website pe.sesi.org.br, in the Distance Education section, until August 20th. Those who are interested must also be over 16 years old and have an email address. After enrolling, students have 30 days to study the content and complete the desired course.

After completing the workload of the desired free course, the student will have to participate in a test on the educational platform and, when reaching 70 points or more in the exam, he will receive the Certificate of Completion.
