The consortia had submitted the final proposal on March 8th and were anxiously awaiting the result. The Águas Azuis consortium reached, in the selection phase, local content indexes of 31,6% for the first ship and an average of 41% for the other three ships in the series.

The forecast is that the contracts between Emgepron and the future SPE "Águas Azuis" will be signed by the end of the year, including the main contract and the other related contracts (technology transfer, integrated logistical support and compensation) as provided for in the RFP (request for proposal).
