Partnership signed between Sinduscon and Fiec dedicated to civil construction in Ceará can leverage investments
The Civil Construction Industry Union of the State of Ceará (Sinduscon-CE) and the Federation of Industries of the State of Ceará (fiec), through the Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL Ceará), articulate a partnership that will foster and qualify entrepreneurship in the civil construction sector in Ceará.

Empreendedorismo ao Cubo, an initiative conceived by Sinduscon and Sinduscon Jovem, will rely on the expertise of IEL Ceará in the elaboration of a modulated training path, aimed especially at young entrepreneurs.
Sinduscon's objective is to help young entrepreneurs from Ceará to grow in the civil construction business and encourage them with planning and qualification in the market. The company's next steps will be structuring the learning modules and defining the professionals who will facilitate the training so that the program can then be launched.

“The main intention is precisely to work on the development of these young entrepreneurs, preparing them for the challenges of entrepreneurial activity and awakening them to the importance of innovation. With quality qualifications, businesses tend to prosper much more. Entrepreneurship has a strong impact on the economy and the idea is to stimulate the strengthening and emergence of new businesses, especially at a time like the one we are experiencing as a result of the pandemic,” says FIEC president Ricardo Cavalcante.
According to the president of Sinduscon Ceará, Patriolino Dias de Sousa, the partnership with FIEC, through IEL, will encourage responsible, innovative entrepreneurship capable of contributing a lot to the development of the State of Ceará.
“I believe that a project of this size will leverage business in the civil construction sector in a bold, sustainable and innovative way. Inserting young people in the process of strengthening and developing our economy is important and promising. I am sure that with technical capacity and an accurate entrepreneurial vein, we will be absolutely successful”, she says.
Civil construction in Ceara
Ceará is the 8o of the country in the civil construction industry ranking. Aiming at the segment's collaboration, federal deputy Eduardo Bismarck (PDT-CE) highlighted its importance for the state's economy.
“The sector is one of those that most moves the economy of our Ceará, not only because of the high valuation of real estate, but also because of the generation of income. It is enough to see that in 2020 Ceará became the state in the Northeast that generated the most jobs according to the Caged (General Register of Employed and Unemployed) ”, he said.
