Solstad Offshore informed that in addition to this new contract with Petrobras, the company also obtained a one-year extension of the contract for the ship RSV Far Saga
Solstad Offshore announced yesterday that it signed a three-year contract with Petrobras involving the support vessel Normand Poseidon. The start of the new contract is scheduled for the first quarter of next year.
Normand Poseidon is an RSV-type vessel equipped with remotely operated vehicles. Solstad also informed that it obtained a one-year extension of the operation of the vessel RSV Far Saga for Petrobras.

For this contract, Far Saga was equipped with two C-Innovation work-class ROVs suitable for operating in up to 3.000 meters of water depth. Both vessels will sail under the Brazilian flag and will support exploration and production activities on the Brazilian continental shelf.
