Applications for the Young Apprentice Spani are now open for young people who have completed high school and are looking for their first job. The Young Apprentice program helps young people from all over Brazil to get their first job, even without experience. Please note that registration does not have a specific end date.

Spani did not inform the location of vacancies for the Young Apprentice program, but young people with high school who are looking for their first job must work in one of the company's units located in the following cities: Mauá, Americana, Lorena, Jacareí, Bragança Paulista, Guarulhos, Várzea Paulista, Itaquaquecetuba, Tatuí, Caraguatatuba, Guaratinguetá, Marília, Resende, São João da Boa Vista, Volta Redonda, Cajamar, Pindamonhangaba, Mogi das Cruzes, São José dos Campos, Rio Claro, Atibaia, Diadema, São Paulo, Boituva, Bauru and Itapetininga.

Spani did not disclose the number of places available in the program, nor the benefits that young people with high school will be entitled to, but to enroll you must meet the following requirements:

  • Have already completed high school;
  • Be available 6 hours a day;
  • No work experience;
  • Age between 18 and 24 years.

How to apply for Spani's first job opportunities?

You will need to attach a resume or simply fill in details about yourself, your experience, Skills & Interests and other data. The company did not inform a deadline for registration, but it is important that candidates do not leave it in the background.

  • FGTS continues to be paid if young people need to leave to serve in the army;
  • Transportation vouchers;
  • Right to 13th salary;
  • Remuneration based on the minimum wage, per hour in the country, and which is proportional to the hours worked;
  • Work registered with annotation in the Work Card;
  • 2% of FGTS;
  • Working hours of up to 6 hours a day, less than “regular” work, with a ban on overtime;
  • 2-year contract at the company with possibility of extension;
  • Paid vacations.
