SPS launches customized tool for the industry based on SAP S/4HANA, focused on sales control, AI and SoD matrix, aiming at LATAM expansion and marketing actions.
SPS has just presented an innovative solution for the manufacturing sector. This pioneering consultancy in Latin America developed a specific tool for this area, with an emphasis on offering GROW with SAP. Technological changes are revolutionizing the manufacturing segment, a critical point in international supply chains.
With the new tool, manufacturing enters a new era of efficiency and precision. This solution was created to meet production and manufacturing needs, boosting the capacity of companies within the industry. By focusing on innovation, SPS seeks not only to improve internal processes, but also to strengthen marketing actions focused on regional and international expansion.
In this dynamic scenario, it is essential to present solutions that support daily operations and satisfy the specific demands of the manufacturing segment. Based on this understanding, SPS Group, a consultancy specialized in technological development and a significant partner of SAP, developed SPS EMM (Excellence Manufacturing Management), a solution that offers data controls and processes customized to manufacturing needs.

New Tool and Ambitious Goals
Aiming to gain a base of five new customers by the end of 2024, and triple that number next year, the tool was created in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition. Using the SAP Qualified Partner-Packaged Solutions program, SPS EMM allows the creation of customized tools combined with the German multinational's software. This solution follows the principles of Industry 4.0, unifying and optimizing processes, from calculations to issuing reports with cross-data. This system is designed to minimize waste and provide greater production efficiency.
The SPS EMM was designed to serve companies with annual revenues exceeding R$100 million. With a history of success in manufacturing-specific solutions, such as PlantScanner, aimed at small and medium-sized companies, SPS Group used this expertise to develop a more robust and complete solution for larger organizations.
Flexibility and Compliance in the Industrial Sector
The new solution is adapted for various manufacturing verticals, encompassing the chemical to food industries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies. The tool's functionalities include AI (Artificial Intelligence) resources that range from production, financial, quality, deposits and maintenance management, to organizational structure, supplies, planned integrations and sales control and billing.
These modules offer benefits such as reduced losses, greater control and quality of products, as well as optimization and cost reduction. Furthermore, the solution promises agile implementation, reducing around 30% of the total project time and providing savings of approximately 40% in costs. According to Diego Bortolucci, responsible for the S/4HANA area at SPS Group, 'SPS EMM is a solution that comes with all the processes foreseen by the manufacturing industry.'
Diversification and International Expansion
The solution aims to bring to the market an offer that allows you to accelerate production time, presenting differentiators such as innovation, SoD matrix (Segregation of Duties), complete infrastructure including cybersecurity, cloud, analytical and predictive vision, as well as complete support. This improves business efficiency and ensures empowerment of both key and end users. After consolidating these results, the consultancy, which was a pioneer in Latin America to launch this manufacturing solution integrated with the SAP solution package, is now planning to expand its presence both in Brazil and on the international scene in LATAM next year.
To achieve these objectives, the company intends to intensify its partnership with SAP and invest in marketing actions, aiming to attract organizations in the manufacturing sector that are or want to migrate to GROW with SAP, presenting SPS EMM as their main ally. 'We are optimistic to announce another solution created by SPS, which focuses on elevating and ensuring the success of our customers. We are sure that this will be a promising journey, and the biggest beneficiaries, without a doubt, will be our users, who will have access to a robust and efficient solution', concludes Bortolucci.
