The new T-Cross 200 TSI hits the automotive market to beat its rivals. Delivering new design and equipment with plenty of technology, VW's new SUV promises to revolutionize the national market.

Launched in Brazil in 2019, the Volkswagen T-Cross consolidated the German automaker's entry into the competitive compact SUV segment. Since then, the model has maintained a solid presence, but with few updates. Now, with the launch of the T-Cross 2025, Volkswagen seeks to reinvigorate interest in the SUV with striking new features. The T-Cross 200 TSI hits the market with a renewed look, including significant changes to the front and rear optical sets, as well as improvements to the interior, making it a strong competitor to models such as the Jeep Renegade and the Hyundai Creta. New VW T-Cross 200 TSI SUV arrives with 128 hp engine

The Volkswagen T-Cross 200 TSI 2025 arrives equipped with a 1.0 turbo engine with direct injection, capable of delivering power of up to 128 horsepower with ethanol, however, with gasoline the numbers are lower, being 116 at 5.500 rpm, with a torque of 20,4 kgfm at 2.000 RPM on both fuels, associated with a six-speed automatic transmission.

The consumption of the new VW T-Cross 200 TSI 2025 SUV, according to INMETRO measurements, presents the following averages: in the city, the model registers a consumption of 8,1 km/l with ethanol and 11,9 km/l with gasoline. On the road, the numbers are higher, reaching 9,8 km/l with ethanol and 14,1 km/l with gasoline. 

With a 49-liter fuel tank, the new T-Cross has an urban range of 397 km using ethanol and 583 km using gasoline, while on the highway the range reaches 480 km using ethanol and 691 km using gasoline. In terms of performance, the model delivers 0 to 100 km/h in just 10 seconds and a top speed of 192 km/h.

In terms of dimensions, the new VW SUV has a total length of 4,21 meters, with a wheelbase of 2,65 meters, width of 1,76 meters and height of 1,57 meters. In addition, its trunk offers an initial capacity of 373 liters, which can be expanded to 420 liters through an adjustment in the rear seat.

These dimensions ensure good use of interior space, combining practicality and comfort for occupants and their luggage.

As standard, the new T-Cross 200 TSI 2025 comes with manual air conditioning, electric steering, electric trio, 10,1-inch VW Play multimedia center with Android Auto and wireless Apple CarPlay, rear parking sensor, induction charger, penknife key, 8-inch digital panel, Full-LED front and rear optical set, 16-inch alloy wheels, six airbags, ABS brakes, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, among other items.

As an option, the new T-cross can receive in the same package: 17-inch wheels, front parking sensor, rear-view camera and electric folding mirrors.

How much will the new Volkswagen T-Cross cost?

Finally, regarding prices, the Volkswagen T-Cross 2025 has a public price of R$ 145.990 in black and without options. However, for the PCD public, The model is being sold for R$119.626,37 after applying the IPI exemption and factory bonus.

It is worth noting that, in relation to sales performance, the Volkswagen T-Cross registered, until July, a total of 39.703 units - 8.185 in the seventh month of the year alone. The model from the German brand is the most registered SUV of 2024 considering not only its direct rivals, but the entire segment.

I have a 2022, it can do 18 to 20 km with a liter of gasoline at cruising speed!

I read the article when I saw โ€œin the range of 100.000,00โ€. At the end of the article it says 145.000,00. What a deception. How dishonest. They made me waste my time reading it. Be honest. If they donโ€™t lie in the article, imagine what it means to be lying in the product.
