Oil and gas company TECH-INSP performs maintenance at Petrobras' Duque de Caxias Refinery (Reduc) Production stoppage even at the weekend

After long years of condensation in the domestic market, in 2017 TECH-INSP made significant progress in its trajectory, making advances with its procedures for the foreign oil and gas market and is currently operating in the Production Shutdown of the Duque de Caxias Refinery ( Reduc) from Petrobras.

A Duque de Caxias Refinery (Reduc) of the market leader Petrobras is one of the largest in Brazil in terms of installed oil refining capacity.

The refinery, which began production in 1961, is increasingly gaining prominence on the national scene. With privileged logistics, responsible for 80% of lubricant production and the largest natural gas processing in Brazil, it also has the largest product portfolio (in total, there are 55 products processed in 43 units). Located in Baixada Fluminense, it boosted the birth of a strong industrial center in the region.

Expansion of TECH-INSP

Due to its strategic location, the city of Houston was chosen to launch the expansion of its operations.

In 2013, TECH-INSP became a pioneer in terms of training in the state of RJ, approved by Inmetro to carry out rope access training, in accordance with Brazilian standards and other regulators.
