About the VACANCY

Job title: Planning Technician (Specialized);

Number of vacancies: 01

Minimum prerequisites: Complete high school and complete technical education in Buildings, Mechanics, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation or Ports registered with CREA*;

Experience: Consistent experience in Physical Planning (development of schedules, advance curves, PERT-CPM networks), acquisition planning, cost control, service measurement, development of disbursement flow and control of services performed by companies that provide services in the maintenance areas.

Other courses/knowledge: Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Ms-Project), knowledge of Planning Techniques and Contract Administration

Willingness to travel.

Workload: 44 hours a week (subject to day and night rotation, including weekends and holidays).

Duties of the position:

• Elaborate the Breakdown Structure of Projects (EAP) and the sector's managerial chart of accounts;
• Coordinate weekly follow-up meetings and alignment meetings with contracted companies;
• Coordinate the analysis of weekly schedules with a fortnightly projection of contractors;
• Coordinate the assessment of the availability of own and third-party resources to meet deadlines;
• Develop a specific action plan to meet deadline targets;
• Coordinate the preparation of a monthly report on the sector's activities;
• Provide management information that allows interested parties to have perfect knowledge of the progress of services, possible trends, deviations and the taking of preventive and corrective actions;
• Prepare planning documentation for purchase requisitions;
• Participate in the technical analysis of proposals for the supply of materials, equipment and services;
• Prepare monthly project disbursement projections, based on estimates and committed amounts;
• Provide management information that allows interested parties to have perfect knowledge of the current situation of the Contracts;
• Coordinate the measurements submitted by contractors, with the support of other sectors;
• Acting in the inspection and fulfillment of the obligations established in the Contracts, etc.

Workplace: Sesc High School – Av. Ayrton Senna, 5.677 – Jacarepaguá – Rio de Janeiro – RJ.

Gross salary): BRL 5.863,00 (five thousand, eight hundred and sixty-three reais).
