With around 1 million m² already occupied by some of the world's leading companies in the oil and gas sector, the director of the complex, Leonardo Dias, explained at the time the expansion of the complex. The total area is now 3 million square meters, now available for sale or rent.

The development already has large operating companies, such as: Petrobras, Schlumberger, National Oilwell Varco, Nalco Champion and Swire Oilfield Services. “With the paving of Estrada de Santa Tereza, the Industrial Park will be connected to BR-101, saving time and money in cargo transport, and providing more security and speed in access to other centers, such as Campos, Vitória and all of Rio de Janeiro.
