If you thought you had seen it all when it comes to luxury, you can prepare to change your mind. Atmosphere, a new ultra-luxury condominium that is being built on Praia Brava in Itajaí, has a bold proposal: to bring Dubai's level of sophistication to Santa Catarina.
The project, which is already moving the real estate market in the region, will have no less than eight towers, 320 apartments and a surreal 1.060 square meter penthouse, valued at R$50 million. It's the kind of thing you see in a luxury magazine and think: "does this really exist?" Yes, it does, and it's being built right here in Brazil.
The investment is huge: we are talking about R$1 billion in the construction alone, and a VGV (General Sales Value) that should exceed R$2 billion. And look, the project has not even been officially launched yet!

Atmosphere: an ultra-luxury condominium that impresses even the most demanding
You know that idea that luxury is just a beautiful building and a rooftop pool? Well, forget it. Atmosphere is here to redefine the concept of premium housing.
The project will occupy a 21 square meter plot of land, with 160 square meters of built area. The idea here is to offer much more than just an apartment: it is to create an environment where every detail delivers exclusivity.
The 320 apartments will have sizes starting at 217 square meters, with up to four suites and finishes worthy of a palace. But the highlight is the penthouse, which looks like something out of a movie: 1.060 square meters of pure luxury, with a privileged view of the sea.
The largest wellness center in Brazil? Atmosphere has it!
If you think a spa at home is impressive, imagine a 2-square-meter wellness center inside your condominium. That's the size of the Atmosphere wellness center, which promises to be one of the largest in Brazil.
The space will be 100% dedicated to relaxation and well-being, offering everything from massages and beauty treatments to exclusive relaxation areas. And all of this under the signature of Tânia Ginjas, a specialist in luxury spa implementations with a track record that includes names such as Copacabana Palace, Fasano and Rosewood. In other words, we are talking about a level of quality that is truly unheard of elsewhere.
,And it doesn't stop there: The condominium will also have 13 square meters of leisure area, including a restaurant, wine cellar and gourmet spaces. Not to mention the swimming pools and common areas, which will make any five-star resort seem basic.
Direct from Dubai: international design and luxury brands
Atmosphere is no joke. The project was designed by Creato, a renowned Mexican architecture firm that has already left its mark in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. And Dall, the construction company responsible, has secured an exclusive agreement with the firm in Brazil, meaning that no other development in the country will have the same architectural style.
And since true luxury is in the details, the finishing touches could not be left behind. Atmosphere has partnered with highly exclusive brands, such as:
- Versace – furniture and ceramic coverings;
- Barovier & Toso – high standard lighting;
- Technogym – state-of-the-art gym equipment;
- Rubelli – luxury fabrics;
- Olivari – premium hardware for doors and windows.
In other words, every corner of the condominium was designed to deliver a unique experience – something truly out of the ordinary.
Absolute success even before the official launch
And if you think that this level of exclusivity only attracts Brazilian millionaires, you're wrong. Atmosphere hasn't even been officially launched yet, but it has already caught the attention of investors from the United States and Europe, who have started to show interest and even request reservations.
Deliveries will be made in two phases:
First phase (until 2029) – Four towers completed;
Second phase (until 2030) – Another four towers completed.
And it is impossible to talk about the impact of the project without mentioning the local economy. During construction, it is estimated that at least 700 jobs will be created, boosting the real estate and services sectors in the region.
Dall, the responsible construction company, has already made it clear that this is just the beginning. The company has four other plots of land in Praia Brava, totaling 100 square meters available for future developments. In other words, the region is preparing to become the new luxury hub in Brazil.
